SARA ROUNCE, PILATES TEACHER
Sara trained with The Pilates Institute in London back in 2003 and has enjoyed a varied career teaching classes at all levels and abilities as well as pregnancy, postnatal and seniors.
Since having 3 children, Sara has become increasingly interested in pregnancy and postnatal exercise and is a specialist in this area. Most recently (March 2015) she attended Carolyne Anthony’s course “Healing Exercises for Diastasis Recti, C-Section and Pubis Symphasis Derangement” which she now applies in her teaching. Having had 3 c-sections and suffered from diastasis recti herself, she realises how important these healing exercises are and is very sensitive to the needs of new mums.
Sara teaches in Hindhead, Farnham, Haslemere and Elstead.
Apart from Pilates Sara also enjoys playing the guitar, baking and designing websites and dabbling in social media marketing (she used to work in marketing for various companies in London and Aberdeen). She is also a busy mum to her 3 boys and enjoys doing various activities with them.
