Personal Training 1:1
Your personal class starts with an assessment and a programme on mat, or Reformer.
The exercises are personalised to you and help with mobility, injurys, post operation, postnatal (for diastasis recti), breathing, posture, menopause issues – pelvic floor, arthritis, fibromyalgia and BACKCARE
Workshops & Retreats
Join us for a break from daily life on one of our retreats, with a fun atmosphere and friendly like-minded ladies. Our Pilates retreats includes Pilates, Yoga, massage, healthy food, a little wine and sparkle and hedonistic relaxation; you’ll return home a relaxed and happy you!
Pilates Classes
(currently on Zoom) Mat Pilates workout focussed on Women’s Health, pelvic floor, 3rd age and Back Care. We offer Teen Pilates classes, stretch, mindfulness and relaxation. Our Pilates Teachers are experienced, highly trained and friendly. In person classes are held in a Pilates Studio in Rowledge, Farnham, Surrey and are kept small.
Personal Training 1:1
Pilates Classes starting with an assessment and personalised training programme on mat, Reformer and equipment. These help you with strength, mobility, post injury, pre and post operation, postnatal check-up (for diastasis recti / tummy separation), breathing, spinal mobility, posture, menopause issues, pelvic floor, arthritis, fibromyalgia and BACKCARE.
Online Class Membership
and programmes accessed on Pilates Community with links to daily classes from anywhere and at any time. Join us 5 times a week, 30 minutes every morning – to help you start your day right – links; www.pilatescommunity.co.uk , 30 days of Pilates, 6 weeks back care course, 6 weeks Yummy Tummy.
