SPA DAY OR WEEKEND
Treat yourself to a tranquil day, night or weekend of fun, fitness and relaxation.
Venue: Champneys Forest Mere Spa and Hotel.
Schedule Options for all attendees:
- Arrival from 9am on the Friday or Saturday
- Welcome to the resort and selection of refreshments including yoghurt; granola; mixed berry compote pots; mixed fruit platter; mini muffins; fruit juice and tea/coffee
- Use of spa facilities
- Access to up to 20 different classes per day
- Options of running or cycling in the beautiful grounds around the lake
- Private Room for Pilates classes with various levels from beginners, improvers and advanced with relaxation – schedule available
- Pilates one to one and posture analysis (1 hour) available to book
- Meditation -times available
- Three course hot and cold buffet lunch
- Drinks reception 5.30pm on Saturday
- Day Guests Depart at 6pm
- Over night Guests get a Three course evening meal with wine then relax in the lounge area with a drink or teas or coffee
- Over night guests have Breakfast with hot and cold options

“Thank you very much Hannah and your team for a lovely relaxing spa weekend. That move you gave me is really good, I never realised what a difference it makes. My back is feeling a lot better, which is lucky as I’m back to lifting my boy! I think the venue was lovely, I just wished I had stayed for another night for more chilling, I also liked the location of the hotel as it felt like a retreat being far from busy roads etc. The food was very lovely. I think it was nutritious and tasty and the selection was good too. It was nice to have wine with dinner too and I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything as you could drink wine in the evening and the café had cakes and cookies, so not just lentils!
“I really enjoyed the Pilates classes with you as it was my first time and the other guys were so friendly, and, it being a smaller group, felt that you had time to correct all of us and see where each of our problems were. My main aim for the weekend was relaxation, and the lessons with you seemed to fit that perfectly as they were mixed ability. I also liked the posture analysis and I think we were very lucky with the conference room, as the view was amazing!
It was a great idea to have a flexible schedule so we could join in whatever we wanted so i could tailor it to suit my needs as it was relaxing, energising, health boost, beauty, fitness….a mix of all. thanks again see you next year!”
