Pilates weekend
Treat yourself to a tranquil day, night or weekend of fun, fitness and relaxation.
Venue: Wales

Schedule Options for all attendees:

  • Arrival from 5pm on the Friday
  • Welcome and refreshments ; mixed fruit platter; mini muffins; fruit juice and tea/coffee
  • Pilates
  • Yoga and Relaxation
  • Options of walking to see the sea
  • Private Room option
  • Daily Pilates classes with various levels from beginners, improvers and advanced
  • Daily Yoga with relaxation – schedule available
  • Pilates one to one and posture analysis (1 hour) available to book
  • Meditation – times available
  • Three courses hot and cold buffet dinners, lunch and breakfast
  • Drinks reception 7.30pm on Saturday
  • Depart Sunday by 5pm
  • Dinner – Three course evening meal with wine then relax in the lounge area with a drink or teas or coffee
  • Breakfast – with hot and cold options

I don’t do regular pilates with Hannah but attended the pilates weekend and I really enjoyed both the Hitt Pilates and normal Pilates and then the yoga and meditation classes. Hannah’s very knowledgable and adapted movements for all of our different problems and I learnt so much about my core and especially why and how to use and work my pelvic floor. I felt a different person, very relaxed and comforted following the meditation and I would certainly love to do more if it were possible. It was a good class to have after the energy of the Pilates. Hannah and Immy’s classes are relaxed and friendly. I’ve been attending for eight years and she always pays attention to our individual needs and specific problems so that she can tailor exercises to help us and not exacerbate any existing complaints. The classes are varied and both challenging and fun.  I think a lot more about my posture as a result of Hannah’s teaching and Pilates has really helped my ankle condition. The spa day organised by Hannah was really enjoyable – doing Pilates with a view over the lake was wonderful and the meditation session afterwards helped us all relax so that we could enjoy the rest of the day; lovely lunch, some exercise and a lot of sitting around in the sunshine and chatting.  What more could we ask for?CW, Farnham

“Thank you very much Hannah and your team for a lovely relaxing weekend. That move you gave me is really good, I never realised what a difference it makes. My back is feeling a lot better, which is lucky as I’m back to lifting my boy! I think the venue was lovely, I just wished I had stayed for another night for more chilling, I also liked the location of the hotel as it felt like a retreat being far from busy roads etc. The food was very lovely. I think it was nutritious and tasty and the selection was good too. It was nice to have wine with dinner too and I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything as you could drink wine in the evening and the café had cakes and cookies, so not just lentils! I really enjoyed the Pilates classes, it was my first time and the other guys were so friendly, and, it being a smaller group, felt that you had time to correct all of us and see where each of our problems were. My main aim for the weekend was relaxation, and the lessons with you seemed to fit that perfectly as they were mixed ability. I also liked the posture analysis and I think we were very lucky with the room, as the view was amazing!
It was a great idea to have a flexible schedule so we could join in whatever we wanted so i could tailor it to suit my needs as it was relaxing, energising, health boost, beauty, fitness….a mix of all. thanks again see you next year!”
