You can also access free Facebook live classes and a host of videos and tips through online membership.

1:1 Personal Training on Zoom –
Our PILATES GARDEN STUDIO in Rowledge is a dedicated Pilates and massage studio; we are able to offer one to one Pilates classes in a pleasant, private location. Sessions include the mat, Pilates reformer, vibration plate and weights so you are well equipped to get the very best from your session.
We tailor sessions to your specific needs; whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to improve your strength or flexibility or simply prefer privacy then a private one to one class is worth considering. You will find a one to one session really helps with your motivation and technique, because the expert is guiding you through all of the movements and can go at your pace. The studio is COVID safe, with cleaning between clients, taking temperature on entry and the wearing of masks.
£65 for initial 1:1 assessment, movement and posture assessment,
£48 for 1:1 class, including follow up notes of exercises and video. Booking discount £240 for 5. £35 for 45mins in your lunch break.
£60 small group classes -create your own class with friends or family or your partner on Zoom or at home (up to 4 people) to split the cost. Small group class highly effective as achieves results fast.
